Oil pressure goes all the way up

Every time I rev the car, the oil pressure goes all
the way to high. When i’m driving and stay in
gear, the oil pressure gauge stays at high, it only
drops to the middle when i’m in neutral.
Someone help please. It’s a Nissan Frontier not
sure what year or trim though, definitely not
newer, below 2011
