My 98 frontier has one spark plug boot that pops up after you start it. What could be the problem?????

Truck had to sit in upstate NY winter for a month while finding a replacement alternator. Now when I start the truck one of the spark plug boots pops up slightly with a small bead of condinsation on the inner end..??? What could be causing this? PLEASE HELP!!

Replace that plug. It sounds like engine compression is leaking up through the plug and popping the boot off.
