my friend installed a new battery back wards in his 2000 Nissan frontier truck ,we changed it to the right way and now headlights work but no power in inside truck ,could it be what a relay fuse or ecm screwed because of reverse polality

owner replaced battery but hooked it up back wards ,lights worked but when I seen it I reinstalled battery the right way , headlights will work but there no power to inside the truck ,for ignition etc
what could have happen relay blow ,fuse or ecm ????? any ideas

Hopefully just blew the ecm fuse and main,if not you may have burn,t the ecm.
