Tire and Rim replacement

Asked by InitialDrift Oct 19, 2020 at 06:46 PM about the 2008 Subaru Impreza 2.5i

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My tire popped 2 weeks ago and I’ve been running
on a spare. My spare also just popped like 2 days
ago and I’m trying to figure out what the best
moves are for me to make. I’m kinda broke rn due
to circumstances and I’ve done research saying
that I have to buy all four tires for my AWD car.
However, the tire that popped which is my driver
side tire, the rim is a little bent on the back side.
The tire size I need to buy is 205/55R16. What
would be the best decision for me to make given
the circumstances?

You really need 4 tires all the same size and brand. Wondering about it won't change that. See if you can find a set of 4 cheap or used tires.
