96 ex civic runs ruff timing is good it has a d 1.5z1 in it i got the car wit that motor did the head gasket and now t starts and runs ruff need help asap

I agree with tyler, When you took the head off the crank might have moved, a little bit so your marks might be off. And or might didnt aligned the cams correctly.

yes one head its a inline 4 man d means single usles you get into the zc which is a dohc d series motor but check time if not fixed i had jus had the same prob outta ma b16a a few weeks ago hope this helps as for other guy honda tech...its a marvoulous site you should check out ;)
