What's pending status once posted the car sell? Also how to add vehicle history?

I am here to sell my BMW. I registered on the site and provided all the details.
Now it shows pending just below my car brief title on the top of the page.
What does that mean? Do i need to make any updates to the post?
I have run the carfax already two days back. How do i add vehicle history to
my car profile?
