"No Deal Rating (Frame Damage Reported)" when trying to sell my car error

I am trying to sell my car and at first Car Gurus gave me a suggested price of
10.5k, once I created my post it is now showing up with "No Deal Rating
(Frame Damage Reported)". I bought this car myself 3 years ago on Car
Gurus with a clean/No accident title/Car Fax and Car Guru claim. Since this I
have not been in any accidents myself and therefore strongly believe this
"Frame damage" claim is in error. How do I remedy this?

Cargurus uses Autocheck, not Carfax. You will need to contact Autocheck.
