From $70 to $150 new. But it's not as simple as just swapping the ignition switch. The new ignition switch/lock cylinder will come with keys of course, but your ECU will not recognize them, they have to be programmed to your car. Otherwise it will not start. Then you have a whole new plethora of trouble with remote fob, door locks. I know, I am pouring cold water all over a seemingly simple question... sorry.
