what problems has anyone had with a 5.7 Toyota tundra motor.are they good or bad.?

I have a 2008 and good so far with 88000 miles. Lots of power with decent fuel economy. I pull a 25' 5th wheel camper with an 18' boat behind that with no problems. The only thing I don't like is when I start it cold, it races to 1000 rpm for about 1minute. I think that is hard on a cold engine in Minnesota.
