My 2009 Camry radio plays only static on all stations for 10 to 40 minutes then suddenly all channels play fine.

My 2009 Camry radio plays static from the time I start the car until anywhere
from a few minutes up to now over 30 minutes. All stations. AM and FM. Then
suddenly all stations play fine. Until I stop the car and start it again. Then the
problem repeats. The car has the rear window antenna and no power
amplifier.

Unless it's covered under warranty, your best bet is to have it replaced with an after market stereo. There's an electrical defect within the system. If you research it online, it seems to be a common issue among Camry owners.
