Why won't my car hold transmission fluid?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car was driven from Indianan to Tennessee and back to Indiana.  At some
point on the way back to Indiana the car started making noise and drinking
oil and transmission fluid.  The check engine light is also on.  What
happened and how do we fix it?

What Engine is in this vehicle? How many miles on this vehicle. Did you run out of engine oil?
