My car smokes whenever it rains

My car normally smokes whenever it's raining

More than likely it would just be an abundance of condensation in the exhaust, which would be normal since the humidity would be high. If you took it out on to the highway and drove for 15 or so minutes, the engine and exhaust system would get hot enough to dry out.
