Can I get a resonator delete on an 09 camry LE?

I am pretty sure it is going bad and causing a really annoying noise when I
accelerate, I want the cheapest solution possible and was quoted close to $500
to replace it

Try another muffler shop. Just a resonator should not cost nearly that much. You could delete it but I can't say how your car would sound without it.
