2009 Toyota Camry - Need Help IDing the problem

Check Oil / ABS / mx required lights began
randomly flickering, tacomoter / speedometer /
temp gauges all over the place when working,
parking brake light comes on / stays on, ac only
blows hot air when working despite full freon.  
Some repair shop clown told my daughter it was all
due to a faulty ABS switch box, that it and pump
need to be replaced with a brake line bleed for a
total of $4,900.

Indeed....there were problems with the abs computers having bad solder joints in them. It would be nice to have this vehicle Scanned for trouble codes to help with the diagnosis. Try this. Start the engine up and let her warm up in park. Wiggle the electrical connection on the ABS computer and see what reaction you get from the vehicle. Get back with results.
