Toyota transponder key can be reprograme

OK...let's try again. When you say you..."have a process"....does that mean you have the... Equipment (Machinery)?? Here in the USA....we have Hardware Stores and Repair Shops...and Locksmiths.... that can cut keys and then reprogram them to the vehicle. Am I getting close to understanding your question?

ya i have no devices, i have a proces of toyota. 4 time put key in switch and put off and 5th time remain in switch, and after that 6 time close and open driver side door. and put out master key and insert new blank key.

i just want to ask i have a transponder key of a toyota vehicle it is programed i just want to reprogramed.

I believe the procedure you described above is the MANUAL method of programing a new cut key that has never been programed. Once the key has been programed...I do not believe you can "reprogram it "...with another code. Reprogram requires a special machine. A Locksmith or a Toyota Dealer would be able to perform a Reprogram. I believe that would wipe out the OLD Code in the Computer in the car..and put in a new code for the Computer and all the keys for that vehicle. Best to call a Toyota Dealer and find out how much $$$$ this procedure would cost.
