Can OnStar be used in a 2008 GMC Acadia SLT-2?

Yes, you should be able to just press the blue Onstar button and the vehicle will contact an operator and they will explain the different levels of plans. You should be able to go to www.onstar.com and put in your vehicles VIN and find available plans that way too.
