catalyic converter

I bought a used 2008 Kia Rondo LX v6.  The guy that sold to me said it needs a
catalyic converter. He dont know nothing about cars. I was going to order one
online, but it ask is it a front or rear converter. How can i find out what kind i will
need to order.

A back pressure test can tell which cat is bad. A muffler shop can do this for you and install a new cat.
