Most likely it would work, I've had good luck in adapting consoles from one vehicle to an other. (measure it to ensure it fits) They make all sorts of mounting hardware on the chance your holes don't line up. The only thing you won't have is a body wiring harness set up for a center console, for that you'll have to do some custom wiring. The one thing you don't ever want to do is move seat bolts or seatbelt retaining hardware, as those are safety items and are specially reinforced. (I only mention this as there have been times I thought "man this console would fit perfect if I could only move the seat bracket over an inch or two.")
Also, don't worry about color, vinyl paints can change colors of interior items really well.
I dont have rear ac or anything so I dont think I'll need the wiring harness. But I'm looking to just drop it in. I know I'll have to change up some of my dash to make it look right.
Do you have anywhere specific you get your hardware if this wont fit directly ?
Fastenal, NAPA, any auto parts store. Don't randomly drill through the carpet, there's a lot of wires under it and you might nick one. Once you find a good spot to drill into floor pan or hump, drill through console and into sheet metal. Then pull console back out, install any type of captive nut insert in the hole, slap console back in and run your screws into the inserts. This is all assuming the console doesn't line up to any existing holes, but you should be close.
