Display message "engine capacity reduced" what could reason for this?

All tells and pressure gauges are good,
nothing obvious

Oddly, I can't find anything in the owners manual about that. So, if it's NOT in Limp mode if it has the usual amount of power

Wait, I did find it. Chapter 3 Page 69: ENGINE POWER IS REDUCED This message displays and a chime sounds when the cooling system temperature gets too hot and the engine further enters the engine coolant protection mode. See Engine Overheating on page 5-32 for further information.
