My 2009 journey is making whining noise when warmed up..

whining noise after warmed up..I have replaced all idlers and serpentine
belt..no difference when turning the wheel left or right..just a general loud
whining noise..any ideas??

More than likely it is coming from the power steering pump. Pretty common. Long as it is working you'll be fine.
