Look at where the Door joins the body, some cars have a large molex connector rather than a continual wire harness going into door. Check to make sure its fitting together properly and snapped shut. When these start coming apart options controlled from the door start to quit one at a time usually.

try this disconnect your battery and wait 5 min then connect everything back it works for me
I don't think they changed out your door wiring harness. I had the same problem on my 09 (it was on the K07 recall list) After much searching, I purchased the K07 recall wiring kit, CBJ1K072AA Door Wiring Harness Package (with power windows express up/down feature / sales code JSC). With no express up/down the number changes to xxxxxxxx1AA . These are readily available online at a big discount as "old stock". I paid under $30 plus shipping. You get both sides. Taking the inner door panel off can be a bit of a chore but my local body shop installed it for $50. They now work perfectly.
Meant to say - it was Not on the recall list
it is a programing issue if someone could tell me how to re-program it it would work again the guy at the grocery store key fob place reprogramed it and it work only to go out a month later it has happened 3 times but i don't live near the place anymore

You need a D.B.R a chrysler only item

Michael had the best answer and I run into broken wires is the rubber boot between the body and door. Especially dodge products.
Omg I'm having the same problem, did you find a solution
Battery trick worked for me but need to disconnect the negative ground to kill power not the posive. I did the positive and found accessors still had power i. Work under5 the hood not at the battery

I disconnected the negative battery terminal for 5 minutes & it worked like a charm. Good thing too because my wife didn't want to drive to work on a cold morning with the window half open.

On my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan sxt, the Wiindow Module went bad. The driver side window switches, locks, and mirrors did not work. First I replaced the driver side control, still didn't work, then traced it back to this window control module. Have to take the door panel off to get to it
Disconnect the negative side wait for 5 minutes worked for me
Tried the battery disconnect and it didn't work. Replaced the switch and still no go. Seemed to be related to the key fob. Help...
Help.... Having the same issue. First it was the mirror control and front windows control on driver windows. Now the driver control doesn't work at all. Also both back window controls won't work either. The only window control that works is the front passenger window and only from the passenger control. TIA
Oh forgot to add that we tried the battery reset but no luck.
2009 Dodge Caravan same problem. No windows, locks or mirrors. Disconnected the battery, reconnected it and back in business.
Had the same issue, replaced the wiring harness for the door worked for a year now the same thing again. Bought another door wiring harness still does not work, disconnected the battery still no driverside door control. WTF
Tried the diconnect of battery..didn't work and now my ac doesn't work!! Any other suggestions??
I drove around for 6 months with the driver side window not working. only rear windows worked from driver side. all other windows worked by the individual switch. I could not be bothered to fix the POS that I have driven for over 8 years and only a 150K on it. then today for some reason the driver side window was all the way down and would not go back up. read comments above and disconnected negative from battery for 5 minutes and it worked !! thanks !! Battery thing didn’t work for me. Shoot! Any other suggestions gurus? ;) Phil-Beamsville
My 2008 dodge grand carvan nothing works from the switch on driver side but back windows open just fine help me
I have a 2010 Dodge Ram, that was had the same issues, after going to a dealership that didn’t know the answer, I researched online, and found the answer due to a post on an 09 Dodge Journey, my problem was the power door modular, it’s a black. 5x5 box located in the door with three connectors. I found it at a pull apart located on a 2010 Dodge Journey. Simple replaced and worked like a charm.

My panel on the drivers side didn't work for the mirrors or front windows...disconnected the negative cable from the battery for 5 mins. & it works now. YEA!!!!
Just finished fixing mine. Had no power on white connector at drivers door module. Found red with green tracer wire in grey connector under fuse panel had corroded off. Removed and repaired. Works fine now.
can u explain somehow how you can measure the white connector? im not unfamiliar with electronics so i know how to measure but this doesnt seem that simple, is it 12v dc i should look for?
Take a test light and check the red wire with green stripe in the white connector in the module in behind the drivers door panel. If it doesn't light check the wire at the Grey connector under fuse panel box under hood.
i checked and the theres nothing wrong with the wires, its 12vdc. my next option seems like ordering the window switch and the door module and just hope its one of them thats wrong.
It was The door module, changed it and now it works, The only thing that doesnt work now is the folding mirrors. Anyone got some ideas for that?
Where the fuse for driver window for 2015 Doge journey
Check your vehicle book? Mine is a --09 and i think its j25 or something like that.
I had to run a live wire from the red n green stripe on the white plug on the module , now everything works. Thx
thanks the negative battery disconnect under the hood---worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fantastical its 103 out and glad we can close the window and use AC ..thank you allllllllllll !!!!!!!!!!
i changed the window switch but it just keeps blowing fuses, back windows work but the front windows and the mirrors do not... i tested and have power at the switch
instead of taking off the panel or the plastic boot from body to the door, I simply grabbed the boot that holds the wire and moved it while engaging the window switch. it worked which tells me there is a wire issue in there but it got my windows up!! 2012 dodge journey by the way
My back right side window started not working. It was going on and off until it finally it stopped working. I was getting ready to take it in to see what it was for a $145 diagnosis, and I decided to pop the switch off myself and what do you know it wasn't even connected. So make sure you pop switch off first before you take it to the shop.

I replacing the inner carrier plate and window regulators by purchasing the part from a wrecking yard. While it fixed the broken regulator, I was only getting rear window operation from the master switch. No front windows, no door locks and no mirrors. I did the battery disconnection trick which did not work and checked the J6 fuse for the windows which was fine. I pulled the drivers door module from my original carrier plate and used it to replace the door module on the used part. Worked like a charm. While I can't explain the success of those that just tried the battery trick, if you are having this problem, try the battery trick first and then go straight to replacing the driver door module.
