Passenger side window won’t roll down

Asked by Jkiprickolive Apr 13, 2020 at 11:14 PM about the 2010 Dodge Journey SE FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2010 Dodge Journey bought second
hand and since we got it the passenger side
window hasn’t worked from the master
control on the drivers side or the switch on the
passenger side, all other windows and
switches work. We’ve checked for a fuse,
replaced the regulator and motor, any other
ideas of what it could be ?

The master switch is usually the most common failure point because it's used most often and exposed to water and snow. Remove the switch and check for power and ground when operating.
