Warning lights on 2009 Subaru Forester

Hi i just bought this car like 3 weeks ago, from the dealer, and the these
warning lights (like picture) went on. I brought the car back to the dealer, and
he fixed, got inspection. everything went ok and then a week later they went
back on again.
did anyone have the same problem?
i mean i bought the car from him, he told me he was gonna take car of it. but
i'm concerned if this problem happens

Did the actually repair something or just reset the light?

yeah, that's what im wondering too. i dont really know cars... looking up different articles and each shows different answer so im kinda lost
