Low rpm at take off and after shifting

2009 Aveo very sluggish at take off and after
shifting jerks between 2800 n 3200 rpm then will
smooth out and take off have a misfire and 02
code but seems more like a fuel issue any help
would be appreciated

Could be clogged fuel injectors, try running some fuel injection cleaner threw the gas. Also that miss fire and O2 sensor could be making it run rich, too much fuel. Those could be a cause. Should get it in for a good going over, tune-up.
