what is the rpm for shifting from 0 thru first gear then from 1st gear to second gear and why do i have little pick up when steeping on the gas ?

my 2009 chevy aveo  seems to shift slowly from 0-first(shifting at 4200rpm) then from first to second at the same rpm.is something wrong and how can I fix it.i have 63,000 miles on the odometer.this is an automatic transmission.i need help.

I have the same problem just changed t belt doble checked timing marks w the rear of the cam its all in place there is a loss of pressure to the power booster after applying the brake pedal a couple of times no computer codes slugish when taking off new 02 sensors Im with out answers this is a odd problem Im researching further wil give an answer when I find this problem
