That has price has a lot to do with where you live. Here in the midwest that on the higher end of the price level but might be good in your area. Also you should have the vehicle inspected by some one who knows BMW before purchase don't want any suprises after your purchase.

Do the BMW dealer Used car inspection if you are seriously considdering this car. Cost about $250 but will save heart ache. Most car shops will charge around $100 for the same if the $250 is too steep but never buy used luxury car without getting this information. The Trade is $11,300 - $14,500 so my rule of thumb is target $1,000 ~ $1,500 above high trade if clean car with no problems. This will help you a lot if you later decide to sell. I have own two BMW 5Series (525i and 545I) and a M3 so trust me on this one. BMW are great but only if car is solid.
