2009 malibu LT won't start.

accidently hit cat that ran out into hwy. hole in raditor noted. took raditor in to get fixed, hole plugged and replaced. noted oil in air fliter hoses. so did an oil change. still not starting. thermostat checked and noted that it was stuck, so took it out. but still won't start. checked pressure release valve for gas and noted that gas would come out when pressed down. all fluids where replaced but still nothing. please help. the car will crank but will not turn over.
