In Spain ? Then go to a dealer you trust or get someone who understands the things that need to be done. You have to deal with the dealer make sure you get all the paperwork from him you will need to go to Traffico, ITV and the Ayuntamiento.
I need to know if with me buying my first car and I have a car to trade in how easy will the process take for me to get a car.
