Heated seat control module

Asked by GuruDB5P5S Nov 14, 2024 at 11:37 AM about the 2009 Lincoln MKZ AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm replacing a heated seat control module on a 2009 lincoln mkz. I've found
modules for sale with the same 7L1T-14B663-BB part # on them but some the
smaller numbers and letters below are different. Does this matter? Will they
work?

That number is a Ford engineering number, take that number to a Ford/ Lincoln dealer and they can give you the right part number. Now the car is over 10 years old so it might not be available new, but they might have NOS parts or can get one from someplace else.
