PASSENGER FLOOR IS GETTING WET, WHERE IS THE WATER COMING FROM?, IT DOESN'T SMELL LIKE COOLANT.

I am not disagreeing with Tom, only offering another opinion. Which is, your A/C evaporator, the "grille' like thing in the cabin up under the dash, that cools the air when the refrigerant evaporates, chills the air flowing over it, what happens is the evaporator collects moisture and it either freezes on it or just collects the moisture until you shut of the A/C...then is should drain outside the car...... unless the drain hose has become unattached or cracked...hence water on the carpet
I had the same issue. Except I discovered I WAS leaking engine coolant. Dealer "fixed" leak causing passenger floor to become wet. They "fixed" it three times. Also fixed leak in trunk. That one they got right. This other leak just kept coming back. I went through two engine mounts, also, plus a variety of other repairs. I finally just traded it in, after 141,000 miles.

Check/Clean sunroof drains. Clean out behind the back of both front tire wells. Unscrew bolt at the bottom. I found 8 years of backup down there. Hasn't leaked since. Also have to deal with a leaky trunk. Two holes have to be re-patched but must remove the back bumper to access them. I love this car but am not impressed with GM's cheep assembly...
Here is the answer to why your back seat floor is getting wet. I had this problem and to solve it on my own. No excuse for GM not to publicize this. Take the backseat out (Takes two minutes). You will see the battery. The battery has a drain hose going from it - To a hole in the floor board. The problem may be: 1. The hole is clogged 2. The hose is clogged 3. Both Simply clear them and reattach.
I've tried every one of these except for checking the evaporator. I did this today, and it looks like the culprit. It seems there was a tube at one time that led from the bottom of the evaporator to the floorboard that is no longer there. I'm heading to Home Depot for some tubing. I'll let you know how it turns out.
can anyone point me to how to get that tube to come off where it's attached to the floorboard?
We have a 2006 Lucerne and the back passenger floor was getting wet.... sprayed windshield and saw a leak...thought it was windshield...took it to a windshield place and they did all kinds of tests and found it was not windshield..... Later that day I found the problem...it was leaking out of retainer holes in the frame near the door..... haven't solved why or a remedy...but found where it was leaking.... https://photos.app.goo.gl/hz4KDvHuyz5BEzSCA

I'm assuming it is stopped up with junk..... it is leaking out a hole meant for a wire retainer clip....therefore, it was pooling in the rear passenger side floor and it soaked the carpet.
Was this ever remedied? I have a 2010 Lucerne that has the carpet wet in front and back, the whole front and back floorboards are soaked after it rained, also my driver seatbelt is wet but the others aren’t? I had the windshield replaced last year and I had the guy come back and check, he just changed the windshield for free. It didn’t fix the problem. This is how much water drains out after it rained, it drains under the driver side

There are A/C vents under the front seats that point to the back floor. They are hard to see unless the front seats are fully forward. When the condensate drain is clogged, they are the lowest point in the A/C system and water will blow out from them.
