HAD A MAJOR RAIN STORM WHILE DRIVING,TO MUCH WATER ON THE
STREET .ALL OF A SUDDEN MY ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON ON MY RPM
WASNT WORKING ANY MORE.COULDNT DRIVE MORE THAN
30KILOMENTORS

Sounds like you got water in your fuse box or water got into your CPU which is the computer that controls everything on the car. Start by checking all of your fuses and look inside the fuse box and see if there's any moisture
Check to see if the air filter got wet, if it did replace it.
