Question type: General

I’ve had 7 potential buyers interested in my vehicle
that I have for sale. However when I reply back I
won’t get a response back from the potential buyers
I wonder am I doing something wrong? Please
advise, thanks

Hello, The Private seller function works very similarly to other anonymous sales sites. Depending on the persons email settings your email might be sorted into their Junk or Spam folder. In your response provide the potential buyer with your phone number or direct email.

This happens all the time to me. But what I do is I reply to my own ad using my own private email. If I get the inquiry, I know the system is working and its just the buyers that aren't replying back. It is EXTREMELY frustrating.
