Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi everyone.

As related to the title,
no air comes out when I press Max A/C. When I use the dial & put the setting on
anything but max a/c it works, but there is barley any air. If my husband thumps the
bottom on my passenger side dash - it will kick the air flow up (sometimes makes a
thumping sound). He thinks it is the blower motor/fan going out. Has anyone else had
this problem? The car was brand new off the lot in 09' - regularly maintained by
previous owner with no issues. I've has this car for almost 3 years now & the
odometer is reading 145,000. I can live without the a/c - just getting a little toasty in
these summer months.
