A/C comes on full when I start the car even if it was previously on heat.

I have a 2015 ford escape and recently the A/C comes on full when I start the
car even if it was previously on heat. I have an after market remote start that
was installed in 2015 by ford. The problem happens whether I start the car by
remote or key.

There is an option in the settings menu where you can control heat or Ac to come on with autostart check in sync menu settings . It may be set to AC

I can't find this option anywhere and I'm having the same issue in my 2019

Is there any more information on where to find this setting? I am having the same issue but cant find where to change this.
