2009 Escape XLT Gas Trip info center won't reset

I have replaced the 3 button reset switch twice and still can't reset trip mileage
is the problem in the speedometer cluster? I can't reset the oil change % back
to 0 after an oil change.

Found the connector to top of speedometer was needing to be reseated works fine now
