2009 GMC Acadia Defroster

My Acadia runs great and I love it! However, the defroster has stopped working.
Everything else works fine so not a fuse. The defroster vent just doesnt have anything
coming out of it.Before I take it in I was trying to see what was out there for a fix.

it is probably a blend door actuator in the duct work. you should be able to google the location of this.

Try cleaning, or replacing front blower. There is problem with water gathering in the housing. Motor is under glove box. Housing looks like a bowl. Amazingly for this vehicle, is an easy fix. In the meantime, give the housing a few good kicks on the side. Had the same problem. ^.^
