How much it cost to get a transmission fixed?

My car want go in drive, it was going in two
now that is finally out.. my steering wheel is
hard to turn you have to yank on it hard to
turn it... my car is a 2009 impala

I don't know where you are but my 99 7.3 turbo dis. 4x4 tran. cost 2600.00 to rebuilt and update all internals.

It's a lot of money to fix a tranny- thanks for sharing tho, what a real pain those cars are-

I have a 2016 Chevy impala and when I slow down to make a turn and try to accelerate it seems to slip.

I have an 06 Chevy Impala before you do that because it's probably not the transmission mine did it and it was the ignition switch there was a recall on them and for $39 I've told everybody go get you a car diagnostic and code reader that's what it says on it make sure you get them together that way you don't have to get the code red it tells you exactly what's wrong with it

How many known who's got the 2016 and it seems to be slipping and Paula it is the throttle body sensor
