can i reset the programmed keys in my 2009 impala

I lost both sets of key to my impala. One at work, the other in the snow at home. I am
concerned someone will find them n get into my car. i had a new key cut. what i'd like to
know is can i delete the old keys and fobs?

Hi Herman! I used to work at a Chevy store, and from what I remember, the service department can change the key fob 'code' (in their computer system) to stop access. (Of course, the key itself can still get in the vehicle).
