Check Engine Light Traverse 2009

My check engine light keeps coming on, and I can't pass
smog because if it. I have already changed my spark plugs
and coils, gotten a new Catalytic converter on the fire wall
side and had all my O2 sensors checked. Could the fuse be
bad? Is there a way to clear the codes long enough to get
smogged? I am already at over $2000 in fixing and don't
know what to do! The car isn't worth much more than that.
HELP!!!

What's the code? Does it have a sunroof? I had one with a sunroof that was leaking water straight into the cockpit fuse box behind the glove box and there was a bunch of corrosion in it replaced it and light went away.
