I would like to know how to link my iPhone
7 to my ‘09 MB CLK 350

You will need a Bluetooth Puck, in the console. If you have one already installed, there are videos on Youtube showing how to connect the phone. If you don't have the Puck, they run about $300-$400 for OEM Mercedes, but you also have to be sure your car is wired for Bluetooth from the factory. Your dealer can tell you if you have the wiring.
