convertible top wont go up or down

latch in the trunk that controls the sensor for the hood to go up or down is broken

They sell the latch at the dealer for 175.00 and you can pay someone to put it on. As long as that piece is broken the trunk will not open.

2012 hard top convertible. The trunk opens but the roof will not unlatch to open and fold in the trunk. Been at a chrysler dealership for a week. They have replaced the computer module twice but that's not the problem. Can you please help

I just replaced oil in my hydraulic system in my convertible now it seems to hesitate going back up it was doing fine for a month and now it's hesitating. What other problem could this be?

my top wouldn't go up but it would close relay was bad works now

Where is the latch located in the trunk My message in the car says: top not secure and the top stay unlock Now it is not opening at all . Windows will lower for 3/4 and than stop. Trunk will open only with the keys
