Misfire only on a restart

My 09 town n country 4.0 only misfires if you
restart after you driven for awhile. Like if you have
to run into the store real quick. Have a code misfire
#4 changed the plug n coil  cleared code n it came
back same thing any ideas will help

T.y. the fi was wide open while running and misfiring. I thought it was because of the mifire the comp was making it dump fuel. Process of elimination right?! I ended up changing all the plugs because that one was really bad
