Bought 2009 outback wagon limited with the front lowered by 3 to 4 inches. I want to raise it back where it shou!d be. Do I need just stick springs?

That would depend on how the car was lowered. Have a good alignment shop take a look at it.

I would have asked the person who sold it to you why they did that?? Kinda makes me think that they were a street racer and drove the car pretty hard? Maybe I'm wrong, how many miles are on your car and is it in otherwise EXCELLENT condition?

112k & in Excellent condition. Just had all 4 wheels resurfaced due to some pitting. Inside of spokes had done diamond gray like car. Looks great! Better then new. Should I stay with original Subaru springs &/or complete struts?
