Hi I have a.Subaru Liberty 09 , I am getting a beep beep sound and also noticed the roof light sync. the beep beep sound .

My Subaru liberty 09 is giving a beep beep sound and also the internal roof
light flashes in the same sequence. I have disconnected the battery resetting
the car and still same issue. The key is not in the ignition. Once the battery is
connected the beep beep issue starts.
Also the the key does not open or close the doors, only the drivers side
Note. This vehicle was started in about three months and the battery died.
How can these issue be solved

What can be causing this problem.

I have a 2002 Subaru legacy and it just came back from the body shop and had a new tailgate, light and rear window replaced from a hit and run, Got it home and it will not start anymore.
