Auto headlights don’t work cruise control no work nothing on Deering wheel works

My avalanche has some electrical issues on able to
diagnose wondering if there’s a body control
module that handles cruise control auto headlights
are retractable mirrors ..

Only thing that works on the steering wheel is the
horn so I believe the clock spring would still be
good  .. wonder if there’s an issue with GM’s of a
bad ground or something to cause all these
electrical items not to work

Yes I’ve been through all fuses when I bought the truck it had these issues
