Changed Weather Stripping

I just had my rubber weather stripping changed on the driver side that goes around the doors of my cabin (extended cab, one piece). Now I have noise coming in on the A post and it almost sounds like my window is down. Will this go away after a while when the weather stripping gets broke in? The rubber is pretty stiff and seems like the other side is pretty well formed to the door, or was the wrong weather stripping put on

It was not installed correctly, I would take it back !
