what kind of gas to use for a 2009 Turbo VW EOS

I just purchased an used 2009 VW EOS turbo.  It did not come with a manual.
The salesperson said to use premium gas only since it is a turbo or I will have problems down the road with the engine.  It does not say on the dash premium gas only.  Looking for answers to see what I should be using.  Thanks

It list premium on inside of gas door..I run 93 Exxon in mine

I have a 2008 EOS and It says to use 91 octane I run 89 in mine and have never had any issue with mine.
