2009 Honda Civic electrical issues

Speed not showing but will kick in every other day for less than a second while driving. Cruise control not working. Tire pressure gauge not working. Fuel gauge intermittently updating current fuel level. Is there a commonality between these systems other than just the battery?

Update: all fuses seem okay. I'm not very knowledgeable with cars but it looks like someone bootlegged a relay to something. Wanted to get some help before I just switched out the VSS because if it's something else I need to know
