AC doesn't work in Honda Civic 2009

I have a Honda Civic 2009. The AC doesn't work. If I put on the option to get
air from front panel nothing comes out but if I put on the option to have from
the leg space, there is a good blowing. Cold and Hot work great. I changed the
Transistor but I still have the problem.
Any suggestion would appreciated.

Maybe the blower door actuator inside the system is faulty. That or something is stuck in there not allowing the door to move to that position
