Honda Civic A/C and Relay

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A few months ago my car started behaving really weird. It culminated with the car having what amounted to a seizure, stalled out, and somewhere within the engine bay a bunch of Freon and compressor oil blew out. The car ran poorly after that and the A/C only blew warm air. I changed the clutch relay and that solved one problem. I recharged the A/C and it partially solved that problem (no leaks detected). At night the A/C will run nice and cold. During the day, it starts off cold and eventually begins blowing warm air. What should my next step be? I'm considering having the system evacuated and a fresh recharge. Any other suggestions or ideas?

A/C work should be done by a pro . The freon content and pressure need to be correct to work right with the rest of the system , I didn't think freon was oily , something else may have gone wrong . If it leaked out and you replace it it will leak out again unless you fix the problem, .
